1, How about the payment ?

We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, Western Union, Cash, Escrow, Alibaba credit insurance order, even Wechat in China .

2, What kind of currency is acceptable ?

We accept USD, CNY and EUR according the current exchange rate.

3, Do you have any stocks ?

Most of our products are customized type, eg Yokogawa EJA110E differential pressure transmitter, Siemens Field instruments etc, different model codes, different function as well as different price, we do not have stock for the customized products. Only some hot type in stock, eg, Emerson 475 field communicator, Emerson AMS TREX device communicators. PF Isolated Barriers, MTL safe isolators

4, Samples available ?

For most of our products, it is too expensive to afford the samples. Some products manufactured by China factories, we can offer the samples.

5, Product genuine or not ?

All our products are original and genuine! According the rules in our company, we can not provide the fake/copy/refurbished products . That is also what we have been insisted on from the very beginning.

6 , Is High imitation product available ?

High imitation product is impossible here in our company, but if the products made in China is accepted, we can also source the products made In China for replacement.

7, Can you provide a shorter delivery time?

Most of our products are produced by Yokogawa , Siemens, Rosemount etc there international companies, they have their own production procedure , which is out of our control . What we can do is trying to reduce the local transfer time, pay them timely and ask for the updates in a High frequency.

8 ,Why you will add the bank cost ?

We uaually add 20-50USD for different payment methods, it depons. In order to make sure we can receive full amount in the contract. If you can make sure that we can receive full amount, please ignore the bank transfer cost .

9 What is the Shipment method?

We can process the shipment by DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS etc common internation express service, as well as IPS, Bre-line, Aramex etc regional express services.

10, How about the guarantee?

All our products are original and genuine, warranty time one year. In fact, If product appeals Abnormal, you can also ask us for help, we will try our best to help get the solution.

 11, Any certificates available?

It depends on the manufacture and product, If manufacturer can supply the certificate of origin, test certificate etc , we will try our best to achieve this. If the manufacture does not have the certificates at all, please understand that we cannot provide the fake/Imitated certificates.

12, How long does it take to get the quotation ?

Some products , we have the price list, we can offer the price in a short time. Most products, we need to check the price with manufactures / agency, it may take longer time. Be sure we will provide the quotation as soon as we get the price.

13 What about the price valid?

Usually we provide te valid for one month, some items eg ABB inverters, Siemens inverters, Yokogawa pressure transmitters,  we can keep a same price for 3 months even 6 months. Some hot products, we can only keep for one week. Please ask for us for the price valid .
